BUY ADDITIONAL TICKETS

2017–2018 Subscribers may order additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Seating locations for additional tickets are subject to availability. Additional tickets are only available after you have renewed your Season Ticket Package. Additional tickets for the 7 shows in the packages will be available after upgrades are completed. Requests are filled in the order in which they are received. Prices are subject to change without notice.

EXCHANGE TICKETS

As a Season Subscriber, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production. Exchanges may be made for free online (see above), in person at the Marcus Center Box Office, or by calling one of the Season Ticket Holder Hotlines (fees may apply). Premium Season Ticket Holders may exchange their tickets by phone, for FREE, through the Season Ticket Holder Hotlines. You must have your tickets in hand for exchanges by phone or in person. Comparable seating locations are not guaranteed. When exchanging from a lower to a higher-priced seating location/performance, the price difference must be collected when processing the exchange. Refunds cannot be offered for the difference if you exchange into a lesser priced seating location/performance. All ticket exchanges must be processed at least 24 hours prior to the performance you are originally scheduled to attend. If your show is on a weekend, please complete your exchanges by 5pm on the Friday prior. Due to the popularity of some shows, ticket exchanges may not be available, or only for a limited window of time. Sorry, missed performances cannot be refunded.

TICKET TRANSFER

Unable to use your tickets? Ticket Transfer is a virtual Will Call that allows you to offer your season tickets to another individual via email.


MOBILE TICKETING

Your tickets are now available on your smartphone. Simply log into your Broadway at the Marcus Center account using your smartphone, select an event, and click ‘view tickets’.


LOST TICKETS

If your tickets are lost or stolen simply contact one of our Season Ticket Holder Hotlines and we will have reprinted tickets waiting at Will Call when you arrive at your performance. These reprinted tickets will NOT be released prior to your performance date. The original tickets will no longer be valid, and, if found, should be destroyed to avoid confusion. Please note: replacement tickets can only be picked up by the Season Ticket Holder.

FOR OUR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES

The Marcus Center for the Performing Arts will assist patrons with visual, hearing, and mobility impairments. Every Broadway production offers a Saturday matinee that is ASL (American Sign Language) interpreted for the deaf or hard of hearing. AD (Audio Description) services are also available at the Saturday matinee. Please contact the Box Office for assistance.


PLEASE REMEMBER

Everyone, regardless of age, needs a ticket to attend productions at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts. Children under the age of four are not allowed to attend the theatres except for special children’s events. During the performance, talking above a whisper, the use of pagers, cell phones and other electronic devices are disturbing to the performers and the other members of the audience.


CHANGE OF ADDRESS

If you’re moving or have already moved, please keep in touch and provide us with your new address. Change of address requests can be sent to MilwaukeeService@BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. For the security of your account, all change requests must be submitted in writing.


INCLEMENT WEATHER

All performances will go on as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions. If you miss a performance due to inclement weather or for another reason, please contact the box office at 414.273.2787. All reseating is subject to availability and may not be offered due to show restrictions. Sorry, missed performances cannot be refunded.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.

FEES

**PACKAGE TOTAL - Your Package Total includes the following non-refundable fees. The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, handling fees (described below), facility fees (described below), applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Premium Plus or Premium subscription fee noted below. Handling fees in Sections I & J are $34 per subscription seat. Handling fees in all other sections are $39 per subscription seat. Facility fees for 7-show subscriptions total $28 per subscription seat. Facility fees for 6-show subscriptions total $24 per subscription seat.

Premium Plus Season Ticket subscriptions (Orchestra CC-C; ADA Orch D 39-42 and Boxes) include a $65 fee and Premium Season Ticket subscriptions (Orchestra, D 13-38, E 12-38, F 12-40, G 11-43, H 11-44, J 11-43, K 11-46, Orchestra L 11-45, M 11-44, N 11-45, O 11-44, P 11-45, Q 11-44, R 11-45, S 11-44, T 11-43; Boxes; ADA Orch D 45-48) include a $50 fee for each seat purchased. Premium Plus and Premium Season Ticket subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations available only to these subscribers prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public.

Season Subscriptions, additional subscription tickets, and all other tickets purchased under any subscription are subject to the Broadway Across America Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions. We do not support the reselling of these tickets above face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway Across America. Doing so will constitute a breach of these Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and Account Holders who violate this rule may be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats.
