TERMS & CONDITIONS: Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the Broadway at the Marcus Center offer details on this page. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS: Health and safety protocols may be in effect for these performances. Updates will be sent to ticket holders before each event or posted at MarcusCenter.org. All ticket holders are required to comply.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: All subscribers will be automatically renewed each year using the same credit card and same payment schedule (single payment vs. payment plan) chosen for the previous season. Please make sure the email address on file is up to date.

RENEWAL DEADLINE: If we are unable to automatically renew your season tickets for the 2024/25 season, you must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than 11:59 p.m. on April 29, 2024 to keep your seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard season subscription benefits or show offerings must be completed by April 29, 2024 and are limited to one request per season ticket account per season. After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the season subscription package will be offered.

FLEXIBILITY: Ticket exchanges and seating upgrades are subject to seating availability at the time of the exchange. The difference in price is due at the time of the exchange or upgrade if moving into a higher priced performance or seating location. If a refund is due to you, it will be credited to your account within 5-10 business days following the end of your change window. Some restrictions may apply.

SEASON OPTION: 5, 6 and 7-show packages do not include Season Option Annie. Additional purchase is required and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase. The ticket limit for Season Options is eight (8) per account name, billing address, or credit card. Any tickets purchase over the limit will be cancelled without notice. If you do not renew for the 2024/25 season, any tickets purchased for the Season Option will be canceled. Season Option pricing reflects the face value of your ticket, $12 subscriber additional service fee, $5 facility fee, and applicable taxes.

PACKAGE PRICING: The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $55 in processing fees, facility fees (described below), applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Premium Plus or Premium subscription fee noted below. Facility fees for 6-show subscriptions total $30 per subscription seat. 7-show subscriptions total $35 per subscription seat.

PREMIUM PRICING: Premium Plus Season Ticket subscriptions (Orch CC—A, Center Orc A-F, Row DD ADA, Mezz A-D) include a $95 fee and Premium Season Ticket subscriptions (Left Center Orch B – O, Right Center Orch B – O, Left Orch P-T, Right Orch P-T, Left & Right Orch P ADA) include a $65 fee for each seat purchased. Premium Plus and Premium Season Ticket subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations available only to these subscribers prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public.

ACCOUNT CREDIT: Account Credit is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferrable, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) toward the purchase of tickets for Broadway at the Marcus Center shows directly through Broadway Across America or Marcus Center.
